Samanta Chandrasekhar (Autonomous) College, Chandan Hazuri Road, Puri, Odisha-752001, Website- https://scscollege.nic.in/ This is a fully Govt. managed Autonomous Co-education college. It covers all the rules and regulations which are implemented by Govt. of Odisha and affiliated to Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar. The College has a Governing Body which is approved by the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha. It abides all the rules and regulations framed by the Govt. of Odisha and UGC, New Delhi from time to time. All the financial transaction are made as per Govt. of Odisha and books of accounts are audited by the state government and Accountant General of Odisha. The College has different bodies like Governing Body, Academic Council, Board of Studies and Finance Committee which are formed as per Guidelines for Autonomous Colleges of UGC. Various cells and committees of the institution are functioning and comes under section 4(1) (b) of RTI Act 2005. The applications under the RTI Act along with a postal order/demand draft/deposit in the counter for ₹10.00 obtained in favor of Principal, Samanta Chandra Sekhar Autonomous College, Chandan Hazuri Road, Puri, Odisha-752001 and may be sent to the Public Information Officer (PIO) or handed over in his office. Al I in Formation about the college under Section 4(1) (b) of RIT Act 2005 are open for the public and it can be obtained by a citizen of India.
